At CLUBHAUS DENIM, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of fashion items and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict no exchange policy.


Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following limited conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable / No Exchange Items

We do not accept any exchanges under any circumstances.
Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, torn, stained, altered, or washed after delivery.
  • The item appears to be used or worn.
  • The return request is raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product was purchased on clearance or during a sale (unless damaged during shipping).

Important Note

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged after use.
  • The product must be in perfect, resaleable condition at the time of return.
  • Items received in poor or used condition will be sent back to the customer without any action.
